V. Blucher, C.R.N.P.
Vicki Blucher received her Associate's Degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, where she was born and raised. She received her Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree along with family NP training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Her nursing background is in critical care. She worked in the neurosurgical ICU at John's Hopkins and was an emergency nurse at St. Joseph Medical Center. Vicki has worked in many levels of nursing, including at the bedside, as a clinical educator, a charge nurse and a nurse manager. She holds certification in Emergency Nursing, Trauma Nursing as well as Advanced Cardiac and Pediatric Life Support. Vicki is a member of the Emergency Nurses Assoc., Society of Head & Neck Nurses and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She resides in Harford County with her husband and teenage son. She is an active volunteer in Harford North Stars youth ice hockey league, where her son plays as a goalie. |
